Technical kickboxing |
A technical class concentrating on the
skills of kickboxing. Although very physical, there are no exercises or
sparring, just padwork, shadowboxing, partner interaction, drills, bagwork....you
get the idea! Ideal for those that kickbox purely for fitness, or to
improve technique. A good mixed class, ideal for ladies, first timers all
the way through to international competitors.

Kickboxing Sparring |
Sparring is all there is! Kept controlled
to assist learning, injuries are rare, and abilities improve! Always end
with an abdominal workout.

Interaction with partners is paramount - after all, the
sport is about contact! |

Fully matted area, hanging bags, pads, shields, Thai pads
are all used. |
