New Budokan

 

These guys are hardcore! The New Budokan Gym offers modern facilities for weight training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness and kickboxing. 

Personal trainers are on hand to assist you achieve your goals. 

Training is carried out in a fun atmosphere, with a healthy friendly banter amongst some real hard training. 

All under the watchful eye of proprietor Ben Rickwood, former WAKO Light Heavyweight British Champion, although as you can see from the photo, he's a bit bigger now!!

If you need a place to train and can get to Frimley in Surrey, pop along to The New Budokan Gym, Burrells Road, off Station Road, Frimley in Surrey. The gym is open 9am 'till 9pm daily.
