Observation Project

In China the panda is a symbol of friendship. Pandas are much loved by the Chinese people and so we have adopted a young panda as the symbol for our project. Her name is Bing Bing. She is very intelligent and wants to know more about space in general and the Leonid Meteor Shower in particular.

Although the story is aimed at young visitors, older people may learn something from Bing-Bing. She also has a project page which will help you understand the physics of meteors.
