I have decided to construct a Top 50 list of german games in the style of The Independent's. I already posted the suggestion on rec.games.board and had a few suggestions, including a very detailed reply from IVan at www.bg-anon.co.uk . Many thanks Ivan!
 
In the final list, there are 5 categories, with ten entries in each. Having taken advice, I am going to use the following categories. Yes, I know there are six listed. The idea is to give the editor a choice. The conditions are that the game must be available, that is in print, or still in the retailers, and the game must not be well known rubbish in ToysRUs.
 
Please help. Make your suggestions for categories or entries. Then, we can knock up some terse commentary (again, many thanks Ivan!).
